Join the Green Spaces for Wellbeing programme to explore nature and boost your wellbeing with a friendly group that helps local wildlife.
Our offer
Nature can do wonders for the mind and body. Especially with our range of weekly activities; from simple nature walks, environmentally friendly gardening to wildlife surveys and creative workshops. See how wildness can help your wellness.
Our friendly and welcoming group can help you to build your confidence, meet people locally, discover different interests, practice mindfulness, learn new skills, and give back to your local community.
The free-of-charge programme is for adults 18+ and runs over 12 weeks. As part of your welcome meeting with our Green Spaces for Wellbeing Team, you will talk through your interests, goals and what support you need. We will check in with you at week 6 and 12 to understand how the programme is going and discuss any additional assistance we can offer.
You can choose the activities that match your interests and time available. See our activity themes below.
